Refund Policy

1. Roadshow (In-Person Workshops)

All Roadshow registrations are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of live events, venue commitments, and limited seating, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including scheduling conflicts, travel issues, illness, or change of plans.

Ticket Transfers

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person with written approval from Big Day Solutions.


2. Event Changes or Cancellation

If Big Day Solutions must cancel an event, you will receive a full refund or credit. If Big Day Solutions must reschedule an event, your ticket will transfer to the new date.

We are not responsible for travel costs or accommodation expenses.


3. Online Courses

We offer a 7-day limited refund window under the following conditions:

— Request must be submitted within 7 days of purchase

— You must have completed less than 25% of the course

After this period, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.


4. Payment Plans

If you select a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all payments. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or removal of access. No refunds will be issued for partial payments or missed payments.


5. Community Access

If your purchase includes community access, access is tied to your active enrollment. No refunds are issued based on level of participation or personal results.


6. Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted based on lack of time or commitment, failure to implement the material, or change in personal or financial circumstances.
